Capsules are non-refundable because we cannot guarantee how they have been stored. Capsules must be stored between 32-degree F and 92-degree F, to remain effective.
Our gluten capsules are non-refundable. If you would like to return your sensor for any other reason than defect, the package must be unopened and in its original package. Please contact customerservice@nimapartners.com and request a RMA. After it is received and inspected, we will issue a refund. Please note, all return orders are subject to a 25% restock fee and customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
A Gluten Sensor that has performance issues within the first 6 months is under warranty. Please contact technicalsupport@nimapartners.com and they will work with you to troubleshoot your current Gluten Sensor or issue a replacement. If you choose to return your Gluten Sensor during the first 6 months in lieu of working with our Technical Support team, you will be responsible for the costs associated with shipping the product back to us and additionally incur a 25% restocking fee.
If products are returned to NIMA Partners and our customer would still like to receive it, NIMA Partners will issue an invoice to cover restocking fees and shipping. Our customer will have 7 days to pay the invoice, or the order will be refunded less the 20% stocking fee.
